  • What You’ll Do: Transfer pricing documentation, invoicing, audits, intercompany agreements, local tax compliance, audits, book/tax differences, GAAP to statutory, VAT/GST, stock-based compensation issues, international entity directors, funding multinational operations, special projects, M&A involvement.\n

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Accounting or Finance
  • MST, MBT, LLM or similar international designation in taxation
  • CPA or similar international license is preferred
  • Intermediate ASC 740 knowledge
  • Global SaaS experience, preferably at a publicly traded technology company
  • Experience with corporate tax rules (EMEA and APAC) and compliance project management
  • Understanding of local country withholding tax rules for digital services
  • Understanding of US corporate international tax rules
  • Indirect tax knowledge (VAT, GST)
  • Experience in transfer pricing and functional analysis
  • Strong work ethic and able to partner in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience with NetSuite, SalesForce, Zuora, Coupa, GSuite and Avalara are plusses
