About the role
- Partner with hiring managers across functions like Finance, IT, Legal, and People
- Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for G&A roles
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and G&A leadership
- Lead and facilitate key recruiting activities
- Advise and coach hiring managers on topics such as market trends
- Work closely with other recruiters and Talent partners
- Use data from our applicant tracking system and candidate feedback
Requirements
- Experience as a Recruiter or similar role supporting G&A or business functions (for example, Finance, IT, People, and Legal)
- Background partnering with senior leaders, including Directors and Vice Presidents
- Experience supporting globally distributed hiring
- Comfort operating during organizational change
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Openness to learning GitLab's ways of working and tools
