About the role

  • Taking on a variety of audit and review topics
  • Ensuring that processes, projects and IT landscapes meet the highest quality and security standards
  • Evaluating internal functions and processes
  • Driving continuous organizational improvement
  • Analyzing and assessing IT-supported business processes using a risk-based approach (process, project and IT audits)
  • Examining the adequacy and effectiveness of internal procedures, functions and integrated quality assurance measures
  • Assessing processes based on relevant laws and standards, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001
  • Developing internal audit standards and adapting them to current requirements
  • Supporting the coordination of external audits for GISA and our clients

Requirements

  • University degree in business, IT, quality management or a related field – complemented by initial professional experience in organizational, consulting or audit environments
  • Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, IT applications and internal control systems (ICS)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, COBIT, quality management, IT service management and project management
  • Confident presence, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, team spirit, analytical thinking and quick comprehension
  • Careful, independent and pragmatic working style, combined with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and understandably
  • Fluent German and ideally good English skills
