Requirements
- A degree with a focus on business administration, organizational development & change management, human resources, process management, (IT) project management, or several years of professional experience in these areas.
- Professional experience with SAP HXM as well as a very good process understanding within the SAP HXM environment.
- Solid knowledge and experience with ITSM processes, ITIL, and the service & customer lifecycle, or willingness to build these up.
- Enjoy working with a customer focus and delivering excellent IT service management.
- Team spirit, initiative and strong personal skills.
- Fluent German and ideally good English skills.
