About the role
- Ensure accurate payroll every month in all our different branches in cooperation with local HR partners
- Ensure a clean HR Data Management
- Actively involved in recruitment by managing the hiring process
- Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Supports in training and talent development
- Communicate and help in actively updating Company Policies
Requirements
- You have a bachelor degree;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- You have a sense of responsibility;
- You are accurate, have an eye for detail, and respect predefined deadlines;
- You are fluent in English.
