Hardening and Configuration: Implement secure configurations for services.
Policies and Processes: Create and document information security policies.
Internal Consulting: Work closely with the development team, advising on vulnerability remediation and security best practices (Security by Design).
Monitoring: Track security alerts and respond to low- and medium-complexity incidents.

Requirements

Solid experience in Information Security and Infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of the AWS environment (with emphasis on security and networking services).
Familiarity with industry security frameworks (CIS Controls, ISO 27001 or NIST) for process design.
Networking understanding (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, VPN).
Hands-on, autonomous profile: Comfortable researching and implementing solutions without constant technical supervision.
Good communication skills to promote a security culture without impeding the business.
Relevant certifications (AWS Security Specialty, CompTIA Security+, etc.).
Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
Basic understanding of DevSecOps or automation/scripting tools (Python, Terraform).
