About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct training when a new clinic, provider or retailer is onboarded onto the platform
Explain how Tiko works, the actor’s role in the ecosystem, standard operating procedures, code of conduct, and other applicable policies
Track inventory of all actors on the platform and whether each actor has sufficient trained personnel
Update actors when new offers are introduced and train them on access and usage
Identify, prevent, respond to, and mitigate fraud across assigned ecosystems
Flag and report suspicious activity or breaches of the code of conduct and standard operating procedures
Work closely with all actors across Tiko ecosystems to ensure they can use the platform and its offers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently based in Bungoma, Kisumu, or Machakos, Kenya (mandatory)
4+ years of experience in community development and public health programs (SRH)
Over 3 years of working experience facilitating or training trainers (ToT)
Proven experience developing learning programmes
Degree in Social Science, Public Health, Community Development, or a related field preferred
Tech-savvy and proficient in mobile, messaging, and application use
Brilliant interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team
Problem-solving ability and capacity to innovate and improve work processes
Approachable and able to work well in a team
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Fluency in the primary language of the base county: Luhya for Bungoma, Luo for Kisumu, or Kamba for Machakos (mandatory)
Fluency in English and Swahili (mandatory)
Successful candidates must undergo reference and background screening checks
