About the role
- Lead day-to-day programme operations, ensuring strong alignment with Tiko’s strategy;
- Work closely with the Country Director on giving operational insight to all strategies and projects and team performance.
- Use data and insights to drive improvements in service delivery and field efficient;
- Build capacity of mobilizers through training, supervision, and mentorship;
- Strengthen partnerships with service providers, government, and stakeholders to expand reach and impact;
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation to grow Tiko’s footprint and referral networks.
Requirements
- You are currently based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (mandatory)
- A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
- 3+ years of experience working on community projects with adolescents and young people on health-related issues.
- At least 2 years’ experience leading teams in field operations, M&E, or programme delivery within an NGO in Ethiopia.
- Background in SGBV, HIV, or Sexual & Reproductive Health (clinical or programme settings).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster strong partnerships.
- Skilled in team capacity building and driving results against KPIs.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
