Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a customer-focused environment
  • using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • Equivalent combination of related experience and education
  • Experience supporting volunteers, membership programs, community engagement, outreach, or recruitment initiatives (preferred)
  • Education in communications, psychology, education, or other relevant field (preferred)
  • Additional training or certification in conflict management or mediation (preferred)
  • Must reside within Washington State
  • Access to reliable transportation and ability to fulfill travel requirements
