About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads membership growth, volunteer support, and community engagement

Requirements
What you’ll need- Three years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Experience using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
- Equivalent combination of related experience and education
- Experience supporting volunteers, membership programs, community engagement, outreach, or recruitment initiatives (preferred)
- Education in communications, psychology, education, or other relevant field (preferred)
- Additional training or certification in conflict management or mediation (preferred)
- Access to reliable transportation and the ability to fulfill travel requirements
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
