Leads membership growth, volunteer support, and community engagement
Responsible for recruiting and retaining girls and volunteers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three years of relevant experience
Experience working in a customer-focused environment
Experience using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
Equivalent combination of related experience and education
Experience supporting volunteers, membership programs, community engagement, outreach, or recruitment initiatives (preferred)
Education in communications, psychology, education, or other relevant field (preferred)
Additional training or certification in conflict management or mediation (preferred)
Access to reliable transportation and the ability to fulfill travel requirements
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
