• Lead the Communications team in collaboration with the VP of Marketing and Communications
• Oversee project management and support for high-quality communications
• Develop communication strategies for fundraising and membership growth
• Draft and edit effective fundraising content for various channels
• Collaborate with internal departments for integrated marketing campaigns
• Maintain knowledge of Girl Scout branding and fundraising practices
• Participate in events to source content and donor stories
• Support the council’s strategic planning and budgeting process

• Lead the Product Program department in partnership with the Director of Product Program and Retail
• Ensure effective team supervision and workflow
• Manage the successful execution of the Girl Scout Cookie Program and Fall Product Program
• Improve program experience and increase participation and revenue
• Develop timelines, strategies, and operational efficiencies
• Identify opportunities and challenges in meeting budget goals
• Inspire a positive, collaborative team culture
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and support
• Manage department budget and monitor team spending
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage the collection of outstanding accounts
