About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including social media, website, email marketing, paid advertising, and membership recruitment campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and support A/B testing efforts
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Schedule and publish content across all platforms
  • Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice
  • Monitor community comments/messages and track performance trends
  • Develop graphics, flyers, digital ads, and marketing materials using brand templates
  • Format content for multiple platforms and assist with photography/video coordination
  • Manage editorial calendars and write/publish blog content
  • Update landing pages and website content for accuracy
  • Assist with launching/monitoring paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube/OTT
  • Run A/B testing on digital ads, email campaigns, and landing pages
  • Partner closely with the Membership team to track lead generation
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance dashboards and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience: internship, volunteer, or professional experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience interpreting marketing data and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms preferred
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for mission-driven work and storytelling
