About the role

  • Lead the creation, management and optimization of campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other SEM platforms
  • Develop and apply advanced bidding strategies, account structures and segmentations
  • Continuously monitor, analyze and optimize performance, identifying cause-and-effect relationships between metrics
  • Translate business strategies into performance-driven media campaigns
  • Propose and implement structured tests (segmentations, creatives, structures, bids and channels)
  • Create, define and analyze conversions (Ads, GA, GA4, GTM, Floodlight, CMPs, PRMs, GA goals)
  • Define, manage and analyze attribution models (last click, data-driven, among others)
  • Analyze the impact of product (site/app) changes on channel metrics and propose improvements and user stories
  • Perform integrated analyses across distribution channels and the conversion funnel
  • Extract and analyze datasets directly from the database (SQL, BigQuery, Metabase, Excel)
  • Optimize analytical routines and processes to drive efficiency and scale
  • Support strategic media planning, budgeting and prioritization of initiatives
  • Guide the team in planning Sprints, OKRs, campaign structures and tests
  • Lead projects or initiatives in partnership with other areas (Product, Tech, BI, Marketing)
  • Contribute to defining new channels, partnerships and growth opportunities
  • Manage relationships with partners and platforms

Requirements

  • Advanced/Fluent English
  • Highly analytical profile with the ability to connect data, actions and impacts across different domains
  • Strong results orientation, combining creativity and data analysis
  • Ability to perform and evolve in fast-paced, high-complexity environments
  • Experimentation mindset and hack mindset
  • Technical skills and tools:
  • Marketing Analytics and performance metrics
  • Google Analytics (advanced) and GA4 (basic)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Ads platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads and similar)
  • SQL
  • Python
  • Analysis tools: Excel, Metabase, BigQuery
  • Solid knowledge of product and organizational context
