About the role
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
- Manage the performance review process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
