About the role
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire salespeople, technicians, managers, and other positions as required
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract prospective talent
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process through Paylocity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience as agency recruiter preferred
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
- Strong aptitude with social media platforms
- Must have good communications skills and like working with people
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask to solve problems quickly
- Strong decision-making skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
- Ability to work independently, exercising discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
