About the role

  • Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels
  • Create a sales-focused culture with General Managers and Front Desk staff
  • Accountable for driving ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones
  • Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share
  • Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations over MS Teams
  • Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM
  • Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model
  • Create remarkable client experiences and maintain high client satisfaction

Requirements

  • 3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel
  • 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred
  • Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members
  • General hotel operations knowledge
  • Proven experience using a CRM system
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Office applications (ie. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) effectively
