Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience; OR PhD and 5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in forecasting and market research within the biotech / pharmaceutical industry
Understanding of the hematology / oncology clinical landscape and the business of cell therapy
Experience in Multiple Myeloma
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
Ability to manage multiple projects with changing priorities and significant time pressures
Strategic agility to adapt expertise in forecasting and primary market research to a biopharmaceutical field where standard frameworks do not exist
Demonstrated ability to extract business insights and provide strategic recommendations based on analysis findings
Comfort presenting to senior leadership and defending forecast assumptions
Experience working on a co-commercialized asset
