About the role

  • lead the strategy, development, and execution of advanced technology solutions, particularly AI-driven tools
  • partner closely with colleagues across legal and compliance, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • drive the strategic roadmap for AI and automation in support of core ethics and compliance activities
  • oversee the lifecycle management of ethics and compliance systems and platforms, ensuring integration, data quality, usability, and sustainability

Requirements

  • 12 years of relevant compliance experience with a bachelor's degree in related field or 10 years of experience with a master's degree
  • strong program and product leadership
  • ability to inspire organization-wide engagement around the innovative and responsible use of AI in compliance operations.
