About the role
- Co-Lead GBT Forums: Partner on multiple myeloma and lymphoma GBT forums to guide strategic decision-making and deliverables, including launch readiness milestones (LRR1-2), annual strategic planning (GSP/ISP), and global plans of action (gPOA).
- Drive Launch & Operational Excellence: Optimize business processes and implement robust tracking systems to monitor milestones, metrics, and dashboards that ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Ensure Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Product Team (PT) stakeholders to synchronize long-term (10-year) product strategy with GBT’s 3-year brand strategy horizon, ensuring cohesive planning across programs.
- Lead Strategic Brand Initiatives: Apply deep expertise in brand strategy and launch readiness to strengthen long-term performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Global Brand Team (GBT) leads and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Act as a Strategic Thought Partner: Design fit-for-purpose processes and ways of working across GCS programs, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Develop High-Impact Communications: Create clear, compelling presentations and updates on strategy, timelines, resource needs, and critical path activities for leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Governance & Risk Management: Prepare agendas and minutes, proactively identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions to keep programs on track.
- Lead Key Projects & Vendor Engagement: Take ownership of priority workstreams and serve as the primary point of contact for vendor management, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (i.e., MD, PharmD, PhD) and 2+ years of experience OR Master’s Degree and 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience OR High School Degree and 14+ years of experience
- Master’s degree in science, business administration, and/or analytics (preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial launch readiness exposure or experiences in the late-stage product development life cycle (preferred)
- 3+ years at top tier consulting firm, client-facing role (preferred)
- 5+ years of cross-functional team management experience (preferred)
- Strong project management skills to produce and manage a comprehensive action tracking list, and systematically complete each task (preferred)
- Demonstrated analytical skills with design thinking, including proficiency in project planning tools (Smartsheet), content management tools (SharePoint), and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint) (preferred)
- Ability to think critically and proactively with demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (preferred)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly fluid company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities (preferred)
