About the role
- Lead and collaborate on the development and implementation of knowledge/skill-based training
- Develops and executes training with a specific focus on our new hire program ‘Accelerate’
- Design the Community Liaison (CL) training plan and sustainment programs aligned to strategic commercial goals
- Collaborate with CL leadership, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, and other stakeholders
- Lead the regional training agenda to develop skills of CLs; mentor and coach team members
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance CL impact in territory
- Partners with external vendors to design curricula or programs
- Effectively prepares for instruction by conducting needs assessments
- Helps ensure readiness of the organization for training deployment
- Monitors and maintains alignment with Commercial group’s strategic training plan
- Manages budget aligned with the development of training resources
Requirements
- High School Degree and Twelve Year's Experience OR
- Associates Degree and Ten Years Experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years’ Experience OR
- Masters' Degree and Six Years’ Experience OR
- Ph.D.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Teams and PowerPoint
- Highly self-motivated and self-managed
- Ability to organize and work under strict time and production deadlines
- Good organization skills, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of technical tasks and issues
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus and gain alignment with key stakeholders
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in visual, oral and written presentation forms
- Ability to effectively manage a project from its initiation to delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority.
