About the role
- Lead VDC Engineers on constructability and coordination tasks on a project
- Oversee large projects or multiple smaller projects
- Support creation of regional VDC strategic planning, training, software implementation, and BU strategic plans
- Develop VDC project coordination schedules
- Manage simultaneous VDC tasks and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related field
- 5-7 years of VDC Coordination experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management and analytical skills
- Expert knowledge of BIM design software
- Strong knowledge of complex design concepts and integrated building components and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to effectively delegate tasks to a small team of VDC Engineers
