About the role
- Lead global infrastructure operations including servers, networks, end-user computing, and data center/cloud environments.
- Ensure system security, compliance with global security standards, patching, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
- Encourage innovation by introducing new technologies, pilots and labs, and leading infrastructure upgrades and rollouts worldwide.
- Oversee IT service delivery, managing Helpdesk and System teams with a people-first mindset.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, licensing, hardware/software lifecycle (EOL), and infrastructure budgets.
- Provide global leadership in critical events, ensuring business continuity and communication with executives and stakeholders.
- Ensure reliability, security, and scalability across all systems, platforms, and devices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure leadership roles within global organizations.
- Proven track record managing both operational IT (helpdesk, system admins) and strategic initiatives (global rollouts, infrastructure transformation).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices in infrastructure environments.
- Excellent judgment and collaborative decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong project management capabilities.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
