About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive shared understanding of requirements and maintain traceability from requirement to design to build to test to customer sign-off.
- Own the delivery operating rhythm and align Gigawatt’s cadence with the customer’s sprint / PI-planning cadence.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end test effort across teams.
- Partner with Engineering to hold the environment strategy across dev / test / UAT / prod.
- Institutionalize “quality is everyone’s job” as an operating practice.
- Be the reliable communication conduit between Gigawatt and the customer’s business and UAT teams.
- Hold a clear RACI so each team owns its own deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Meaningful experience in the utility or energy industry.
- A track record delivering complex software or integration programs for enterprise clients as a consultant or systems integrator.
- Proven technical project/program management on multi-team software delivery.
- Hands-on experience coordinating testing and UAT across a vendor and a customer.
- Comfort with environment and release management concepts.
- Clear, calm, and credible communication under a demanding customer’s expectations.
- A strong bias for ownership.
