About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and test AI agents that automate GTM Operations workflows
  • Collaborate with GTM Operations partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Integrate AI agents with existing tools and platforms using APIs
  • Build prompt flows and decision logic for AI agents
  • Analyze agent performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursued or are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • Gained hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language (such as Python or JavaScript)
  • Worked with or studied modern AI/ML, LLMs, or related technologies
  • Completed projects, coursework, or internships involving web APIs, data processing, or backend services
  • Demonstrated ability to break down a business problem into a structured technical solution
  • Created documentation, diagrams, or project write-ups that explain how a system or application works
