About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the full product lifecycle for AI offerings, from concept and validation through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
- Engage directly with customers and field teams to uncover pain points, use cases, and unmet needs related to AI-driven capabilities.
- Translate customer insights and market signals into clear product requirements and measurable KPIs for engineering.
- Define, maintain, and communicate a prioritized AI product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer value.
- Partner closely with engineering to plan, scope, and deliver high-quality AI features and releases on time.
- Evangelize the AI product vision and roadmap with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to drive alignment and excitement.
- Work cross functionally with stakeholders to define and execute the go to market strategy.
- Continuously refine product direction based on customer feedback, usage data, and evolving market dynamics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Led the lifecycle of complex technology products, with mandatory experience on AI capabilities that do not include SaaS-based integrations of AI agents, from discovery through delivery.
- Worked directly with customers or users to understand pain points and convert them into well-structured product requirements.
- Collaborated with engineering teams in an agile environment to ship impactful features and iterate quickly.
- Created and managed product roadmaps that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
