About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the architecture and development of the backend, making technical decisions and guiding the team.
This role requires deep hands-on experience: the candidate must be able to design the architecture, write code, critically review pull requests, and directly resolve complex issues, not just delegate.
Implement a Python backend for business logic and API integration.
Design and develop APIs and endpoints using FastAPI.
Software development
Consume governed APIs and handle states/errors robustly.
Integrate authentication/authorization (tokens/session/roles) according to CIAM.
Create tests (unit and integration) and support this

Requirements

What you’ll need

Python Knowledge
Knowledge in APIs
Knowledge of TypeScript
Knowledge in Next.js
Knowledge in React.js

TypeScript + React/Next.js.
SSR/SSG y performance web.
EDD.
Redis
Experience with MuleSoft or equivalent enterprise integration platform.
Features per sprint with evidence.
Documented APIs (OpenAPI) and stable contracts.
Maintainable and correctly tested services.
Adaptation to change
Backend authentication: JWT, integration with CIAM (Okta, Azure AD B2C or equivalent), RBAC
Testing: Fixtures, mocking, unit e integration tests, cobertura.
Observability: Logging, trace, integration with Cloud Logging and Cloud Trace.
Operational GCP: Deployment in GCP, IAM, Secret Manager, environment variables.
