Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

- Take end-to-end responsibility for our sales flow — from lead acquisition to signing
- Ensure that processes, data and tools scale with our growth
- Gain an overview of our commercial target architecture and the interfaces between Sales, Ops and Finance
- Analyze our end-to-end sales funnel processes and identify initial optimization opportunities
- Implement early quick wins and translate requirements into system logic together with Product
- Manage and develop our commercial processes across the entire funnel — from lead to signing
- Ensure consistent data flows and high data quality as the foundation for reliable reporting
- Work closely with Sales, CSM, Finance and Ops and manage stakeholders across multiple teams
- Analyze process quality, identify bottlenecks and derive concrete improvements
- Build a scalable end-to-end quoting and signing process and develop a clear sales blueprint
- Drive automation and AI use cases in the commercial area
- Develop reporting and KPI structures to govern pipeline and performance
- Actively shape our commercial product roadmap
