About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Are you excited to help shape the world of tomorrow with us?
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for our sales flow — from lead acquisition to signing
  • Ensure that processes, data and tools scale with our growth
  • Gain an overview of our commercial target architecture and the interfaces between Sales, Ops and Finance
  • Analyze our end-to-end sales funnel processes and identify initial optimization opportunities
  • Implement early quick wins and translate requirements into system logic together with Product
  • Manage and develop our commercial processes across the entire funnel — from lead to signing
  • Ensure consistent data flows and high data quality as the foundation for reliable reporting
  • Work closely with Sales, CSM, Finance and Ops and manage stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Analyze process quality, identify bottlenecks and derive concrete improvements
  • Build a scalable end-to-end quoting and signing process and develop a clear sales blueprint
  • Drive automation and AI use cases in the commercial area
  • Develop reporting and KPI structures to govern pipeline and performance
  • Actively shape our commercial product roadmap
