About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead corporate financial modeling efforts including long-range planning, scenario analysis, and valuation work to support executive and board-level decision-making.
Drive strategic financial analysis for M&A, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions, including building and owning financial models from the ground up.
Develop and maintain investor-ready materials including board presentations, investor decks, and financing memoranda.
Partner with business unit leaders to evaluate ROI, unit economics, and strategic tradeoffs on major initiatives.
Own competitive benchmarking and industry analysis to contextualize Giga's financial performance and positioning.
Support fundraising, debt financing, and other capital markets activities as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting systems, and analytical frameworks across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a high-growth corporate finance function.
Expert-level financial modeling skills, including DCF, LBO, merger models, and scenario analysis.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
Experience presenting to senior leadership or boards with confidence and clarity.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to build and own complex models independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain numbers to people who don't speak finance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
