About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Gifthealth’s culture and engagement strategy, translating mission and values into meaningful, scalable programs that strengthen connection, belonging, and engagement.
- Design and deliver high-impact initiatives including employee recognition, volunteerism, employee philanthropy, belonging programs, Culture Council initiatives, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
- Define success metrics, measure impact, and continuously evolve programs based on employee feedback, survey data, and business needs.
- Own and continuously improve the onboarding and orientation experience, ensuring new hires experience a seamless, welcoming, and values-driven introduction to Gifthealth.
- Work cross-functionally to optimize key lifecycle moments including performance management, internal mobility, recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Leverage surveys, analytics, and employee insights to identify trends, tell the story of our culture, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Enterprise Learning & Development colleagues to embed culture and values into onboarding, leadership development, and learning experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Employee Communications to amplify culture initiatives, share stories, and align messaging with broader communication strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR, employee experience, culture, or engagement roles with lifecycle exposure.
- Proven experience leading engagement, recognition, volunteerism, onboarding, and belonging initiatives.
- Familiarity with employee engagement and survey platforms (e.g., Culture Amp, Glint, Lattice, Qualtrics) preferred.
- Professional HR certification, Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), or similar certification preferred.
