About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the annual conference roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and planning participation in national and regional industry conferences.
Develop positioning, messaging, and activation plans for each event.
Lead cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success.
Track conference-level KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline influenced).
Build and manage a strategic association portfolio.
Develop integrated media plans that support conference and association programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, healthcare marketing, or industry engagement with direct ownership of conference or event programs
Demonstrated experience managing association or partnership relationships within healthcare, life sciences, or specialty pharmacy
Working knowledge of omnichannel media planning including digital, programmatic, and HCP-targeted point-of-care media
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs, vendors, and timelines
Excellent communicator and relationship builder comfortable representing Gifthealth in front of senior external stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms
