Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous improvement
Own the end-to-end strategy, development, and quality of the analytics and reporting function
Partner with engineering, product, and clinical leadership to translate complex business questions into actionable insights
Drive adoption of self-serve reporting tools and ensure stakeholders can make confident, data
Define and enforce data governance standards for metrics, dashboards, and reporting pipelines
Facilitate roadmap planning and prioritization for the analytics team
Ensure compliance and confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) across all reporting surfaces

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or comparable quantitative field and relevant work experience in analytics or data engineering, with demonstrated leadership
6+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering and 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of analysts or engineers
Deep proficiency with SQL, Python, and BI tools (we use Looker and Metabase)
Experience with dbt, data warehouse design, and modern analytics engineering practices
Strong communication skills — you can translate data complexity into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
A proactive approach to building systems and processes that scale
Experience in healthcare analytics or regulated data environments preferred
An excitement about learning healthcare and the pharmacy space from a unique vantage point.
