Sales Operations Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the sales team with pipeline management, lead qualification, and CRM data maintenance
- Generates and analyzes sales reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Assists in developing sales forecasts and contributes to the preparation of annual sales budgets
- Provides support for deal enablement and commercial execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (Required)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a business support function (Required)
- Experience supporting sales operations, CRM management, and pipeline reporting in a commercial environment (Preferred)
- Knowledge of sales operations processes across the full sales lifecycle and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) (Required)
