Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and develop content internal communication channels
Support communications from the CEO’s office
Manage and maintain the organization’s intranet
Partner with Human Resources on recognition programs
Assist with planning and communications for staff meetings
Maintain editorial calendars and publishing schedules
Write, edit, and produce high-quality internal communications
Gather feedback and track communication effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications or related field
Three years’ relevant work experience
Two years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications or related field
Experience managing internal platforms such as intranet systems, SharePoint, Teams or email tools preferred
Experience planning communications for town halls, all-staff meetings or leadership events
Written and verbal fluency in English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Teams
