About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and develop content internal communication channels
- Support communications from the CEO’s office
- Manage and maintain the organization’s intranet
- Partner with Human Resources on recognition programs
- Assist with planning and communications for staff meetings
- Maintain editorial calendars and publishing schedules
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality internal communications
- Gather feedback and track communication effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications or related field
- Three years’ relevant work experience
- Two years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications or related field
- Experience managing internal platforms such as intranet systems, SharePoint, Teams or email tools preferred
- Experience planning communications for town halls, all-staff meetings or leadership events
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Teams
