About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop DFIR, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response and Penetration Testing teams.
Coordinate security incidents across all stages of the response lifecycle:
Triage
Investigation
Containment
Eradication
Recovery
Lessons learned
Oversee the collection, preservation and analysis of digital evidence.
Structure and improve processes, playbooks, operational procedures and metrics for the area.
Plan and monitor Penetration Testing projects and vulnerability assessments.
Support clients in defining risk mitigation strategies and strengthening security controls.
Prioritize vulnerabilities based on criticality, exploitability and business impact.
Prepare and present technical and executive reports for different audiences.
Participate in strategic meetings, commercial proposals and scope definitions.
Develop new Cybersecurity services and solutions.
Manage team capacity, performance and professional development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in DFIR (Digital Forensics and Incident Response).
Experience managing technical Cybersecurity teams.
Experience in digital forensic investigations.
Knowledge of log analysis and security incident investigation.
Experience in Vulnerability Management.
Knowledge of penetration testing methodologies (White Box, Grey Box and Black Box).
Familiarity with tools:
SIEM
EDR/XDR
Vulnerability Management

Knowledge of frameworks:
