About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Align candidate profile with the hiring manager, understanding technical and behavioral requirements;
Post job openings on established channels and explore opportunities for new sourcing channels;
Screen and qualify resumes with a focus on technical, behavioral, and cultural fit;
Conduct competency-based interviews aligned with company values and culture;
Ensure feedback is provided to candidates (internal and external);
Monitor and interpret recruitment & selection metrics and KPIs;
Update recruitment platforms daily (e.g., Gupy, LinkedIn, talent pool);
Propose continuous improvement ideas to enhance the experience of candidates and hiring managers;
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
Experience with end-to-end recruitment (mid- and high-complexity roles);
Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter;
Knowledge in building and analyzing recruitment metrics (e.g., SLA, average time-to-fill, stage conversion rates);
Experience or familiarity with administering/interpreting assessments based on DISC or related methodologies;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
