Business Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the Business team, monitoring performance, deliverables, deadlines and team development;
- Structure, maintain and evolve CRM governance, ensuring data quality, standardization and reliability of information;
- Manage the pipeline, forecast, and commercial and operational KPIs, supporting the predictability of results;
- Create, monitor and analyze dashboards and executive reports to support leadership decision-making;
- Control and track the flow of commercial proposals, ensuring deadlines, quality and adherence to processes;
- Act systemically as the focal point between Business, operational and administrative areas (Finance, Controllership, Technology, Operations, Legal), ensuring process flow, alignment and consistency;
- Map bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in commercial processes and interfaces with other areas;
- Develop and lead automation initiatives and operational efficiency gains;
- Establish routines, follow-up cadences and working standards for the Business area;
- Support the team in strategic client interactions with a consultative approach and a focus on relationship-building;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience throughout the commercial journey;
- Support leadership with strategic analyses, consolidation of information and data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with KPI management, CRM and pipeline control;
- Experience in consultancies, B2B sales or environments with multiple stakeholders involved;
- Proven track record working with structured, data-driven commercial processes;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Business Management, Data or Processes (differential);
- CRM management, governance and evolution (Pipedrive or similar);
- Building, analyzing and monitoring commercial and operational KPIs;
- Structuring dashboards and executive reports;
- Control and governance of sales pipeline and forecast;
- Advanced-level Excel;
- Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement;
- Experience with automation of commercial and operational processes and flows;
- Experience in controlling, tracking and organizing commercial proposals.
