About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop AI agents using modern frameworks
- Build automated workflows with Python, n8n and system integrations
- Integrate corporate APIs and external services
- Serve as an internal AI consultant for business teams
- Monitor, test and optimize agents and automations
- Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Operations and Business teams
- Implement validation, auditing and traceability mechanisms
- Create technical and functional documentation
- Produce training materials for internal users
- Evaluate new technologies (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong experience with Python for AI
- Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph or similar)
- Experience with multi-agent architectures
- Knowledge of OpenAI API, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and SQL
- Familiarity with vector databases (embeddings and chunking)
- Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
- Knowledge of Claude Code and/or Claude (Anthropic)
- Experience with CrewAI or similar platforms
