About the role
- Build and maintain management reports (MIS) to monitor the metrics of the Fraud Investigation area.
- Analyze data and generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI for different levels of the organization.
- Extract, manipulate, and validate data using SQL.
- Support demand and project management using tools such as JIRA.
- Monitor security logs and events using SPLUNK.
- Present results and metrics to leadership and other areas of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in a related field).
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
- Experience with project management (JIRA) and monitoring (SPLUNK) tools.
- Ability to transform data into clear, actionable information.
- Good communication and ability to deliver executive presentations.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
- Not required, but a plus:
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within fintechs, digital banks, or risk/fraud areas.
- Previous experience in Fraud Prevention or Risk areas.
- Knowledge of statistical models or machine learning applied to fraud detection.
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence tools for risk analysis.
