About the role

  • Lead technical proposal development and align with all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and standardize the IDOC onboarding process
  • Accountable for end-to-end project management (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
  • Monitor financial performance and optimize margins
  • Structured evaluation and management of change requests
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Product Management and Finance
  • Lead and develop the project and proposal team
  • Optimize processes, tools and methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
  • 8–10+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in security printing, identity solutions or high-tech environments
  • Experience with full project ownership including P&L responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills, cost modelling and project management expertise
  • Excellent English skills; German and other languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, customer-oriented and strategic thinker
  • International and multicultural experience, ideally with government clients
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
