About the role
- User support in the SAP modules SD and PLTP
- Ensure correct, efficient, and successful commercial project execution
- First point of contact for users in the Order Management team
- Ensure smooth process flow in order creation and tracking
- Contribute to process design, documentation, and optimization
- Prepare training materials and conduct SAP trainings
- Support global SAP implementation and improvement projects
- Interface with process organization and act as primary contact for SAP stewards
- Independently take on special topics and projects
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
- Some professional experience in Order Management
- Strong SAP knowledge, ideally in SD and PS modules
- Experience as a key user is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Team player
- Independent and structured way of working
