About the role

  • Support the project management team in all activities from planning objectives, milestones and resources to progress monitoring and reporting for projects within a transformation program aimed at standardizing and automating business processes
  • Support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA
  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools and process automation to increase the efficiency of project administration
  • Assist in organizing and running project meetings and workshops with diverse stakeholders from multiple countries and cultures
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members in the use of the prescribed project management methods and tools
  • Assist in coordinating quality assurance, change management and testing of IT systems and tools

Requirements

  • Enrolled university student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a comparable field
  • Interest in project management and process optimization
  • Interest in IT systems/SAP, digitalization and/or AI-based solutions
  • Good analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive and solution-oriented work style, characterized by attention to detail and reliability
  • Strong motivation to help organize the project and to learn
  • You will be enrolled for at least another 12 months
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
