About the role
- Advise sales during tendering processes regarding feasibility across all printing processes
- Support production and other departments on all quality-related matters
- Participate in internal audits and support external certification processes
- Work closely with production, development and suppliers to prevent defects
- Develop and deliver training on quality-relevant topics
Requirements
- Degree in Printing Technology, Quality Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in the printing or packaging industry
- Solid knowledge of quality standards and legal requirements, e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14298, ISO 45001, ISO 50001
- Analytical mindset and a structured way of working
- Experience in auditing and quality management
- Six Sigma, 8D methodology, FMEA and shop floor management
- Confident use of common QM tools and MS Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
