About the role
- Implementation of complex security projects (e.g., intrusion alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, PSIM, vehicle barriers)
- Coordination of internal teams and external security integrators to meet schedule and quality objectives
- Development of detailed project plans based on customer requirements
- Collaboration with management and stakeholders to ensure clear objectives and smooth cooperation
- Preparation of all required documentation
- Monitoring of timelines, budget and project scope, and initiation of corrective actions when necessary
- Ensuring customer satisfaction after project completion
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM subject, a degree in Security Management, or equivalent professional experience
- At least five years of project management experience, including three years in physical security systems
- Familiarity with integrated security technology (ACS, VSS, IDS, etc.)
- Proficiency with CAD software
- Knowledge of physical security concepts
- Basic knowledge of IT and networking
- Ability to work independently and high level of integrity
- Established relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
- Certifications such as PSP, CPP, PMP or CSPM are a plus
- Strong English skills (CEFR B2 or higher)
