About the role
- You analyze and optimize production processes from the perspective of the Quality department and create and maintain quality documents and reports.
- You ensure the quality of ongoing production through visual and functional assessments and determine relevant quality metrics.
- You implement quality-assuring measures and verify compliance with quality standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
- You support product developments to ensure quality objectives are met and analyze customer-specific quality requirements.
- You develop and provide quality tools for production at Werk Folie and determine suitable measurement and testing methods according to product specifications.
Requirements
- You hold a completed technical degree, for example in Quality Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or have an equivalent qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in quality assurance within manufacturing industry companies.
- You work proactively and solution-oriented in collaboration with related departments and approach issues systematically.
- You are prepared to familiarize yourself with detailed processes, workflows and technical topics and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- You work independently with a high level of personal responsibility and demonstrate composure and assertiveness in complex situations.
