About the role
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with central banks, private sector clients, and key stakeholders to drive CBDC initiatives
- Lead revenue growth through strategic account management, pipeline development, and consultative solution sales from lead generation to closing
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams for complex contract negotiations, proposals, and RFP participation, ensuring seamless project execution
- Design and deliver workshops, presentations, and thought leadership at industry events, panels, and conferences
- Identify new market opportunities, develop business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to ensure product-market fit
- Negotiate complex contracts and present solutions and strategies to senior management and board-level decision makers
Requirements
- Proven success in selling innovative, complex technical solutions in cutting-edge industries with a consultative approach from outreach to closing
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; adept at simplifying complex topics for all organizational levels and building strong networks
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) plus one additional language (French, Spanish, or Arabic)
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse environments
- Preferred: Experience in payments or FinTech industry
