About the role

  • Oversee and organize all Finance & Accounting (F&A) activities, including accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with IFRS and local GAAP
  • Act as the central financial interface to Group headquarters and external authorities
  • Safeguard company assets through robust internal controls
  • Lead and develop the Finance team, 7 employees, fostering a culture of growth and accountability
  • Support operational management with financial insights to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Manage customer contracts and vendor purchase orders in accordance with the company’s signature approval matrix
  • Deliver audited year end closing packages and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines
  • Represent Finance in the local Management Team and the Group Finance Community

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership role
  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven knowledge and experience with IFRS and local GAAP
  • Strong understanding of financial and managerial accounting, corporate taxes, and group consolidation
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and Microsoft Office tools
  • It is extra good if you have: Experience in an international corporate environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial process optimization
  • A track record of driving cost savings, working capital improvements, and process efficiency
