About the role
- Support the local security manager in the area of IT security
- Conduct internal and external audits (daily, weekly, monthly and annually)
- Create, review and update security concepts
- Perform and analyze vulnerability scans
- Analyze change requests as part of change management
- Support with security incidents (Incident Response), including analysis and remediation
- Conduct trainings and briefings for employees
- Act as deputy for physical security responsibilities
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of network security, operating systems and Active Directory
- Initial professional experience in IT security is an advantage
- Willingness to pursue continuous further training and to take on on-call duties
- Analytical thinking, structured working style and high reliability
- Confident use of MS Office and modern AI tools
- Good German and English skills
