About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead operations for the Île-de-France region across multiple sites (Opéra / Pierrefitte / Évry), with regular travel between offices.
  • Manage and coach a team of around ten employees (mature teams): on-site presence, coaching, active listening, and performance support.
  • Communicate strategy to operational teams clearly, concisely and pedagogically; unite the team and foster a collaborative spirit while adapting to individual needs.
  • Develop and retain a direct client portfolio: client retention, growth with existing clients and business development.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to address major accounts and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Oversee delivery and recruitment for a high-volume temporary staffing operation (approximately 450 FTEs) and optimize order conversion rates.
  • Ensure processes are followed and tools are used correctly within a structured and demanding environment.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze results and implement fast, concrete operational action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven management experience (preferably multisite and/or remote management)
  • Experience in temporary staffing / high-volume operations (logistics, facilities, operations, front-line) is a plus.
  • Active listening, consideration of feedback, coaching ability, energy, and capacity to facilitate growth.
  • Results-oriented with KPI-driven management; ability to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Strong commercial aptitude (business development + client retention) and ability to influence both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working with processes/tools and handling operational complexity.
  • Responsiveness, sense of urgency, pragmatism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license (Category B) required.
