About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor assigned entry folders and prioritize shipments by ETA for timely submission to customs.
Process entries for ocean, air, truck, and rail shipments.
Handle in-bonds, AES filings, prior notices, manifests, and ISF submissions.
Review documentation to ensure complete entry packages before processing.
Communicate internally and externally with carriers, vendors, and clients via phone and email.
Monitor entry dashboards and escalate “moment of truth” issues to the Production Manager.
Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completion of Grade 12 Education
Prior Brokerage Services/Logistics Experience Preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to represent GHY professionally and collaborate effectively.
Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines.
