About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor assigned entry folders and prioritize shipments by ETA for timely submission to customs
- Process entries for ocean, air, truck, and rail shipments
- Handle in-bonds, AES filings, prior notices, manifests, and ISF submissions
- Review documentation to ensure complete entry packages before processing
- Communicate internally and externally with carriers, vendors, and clients via phone and email
- Monitor entry dashboards and escalate “moment of truth” issues to the Production Manager
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completion of Grade 12 Education
- Prior Brokerage Services/Logistics Experience Preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
